About the "pay what you can" model:

Currently, my practice is structured to offer a pay-what-you-can model, with the following tiers below inviting you to reflect on what feels possible for you to invest. If you have any questions or are unsure where you might land, please let me know - I would be happy to talk through this more with you. We can also flex pricing between tiers if needed.

Tier A: $200

You have stable income, savings, and/or generational or community support. You can meet your needs comfortably, afford extras, and pay for wellness without stress. Investing at this tier helps make care accessible to others.

Tier B: $150

You’re doing well and meeting your needs, but you may need to budget or be selective about extras. You can afford wellness support like this, though you may consider what you can sustain over time.

Tier C: $100

You’re meeting most basic needs and managing, but things like unexpected expenses, medical bills, or housing costs might create tension. Paying this tier may require planning, but it’s doable when prioritized.

Tier D: $50

You’re covering essentials but with little to no cushion. Unexpected costs might derail your budget. You may be underemployed, supporting others, or navigating instability. This tier supports access while acknowledging your realities.

Tier E: $25

Meeting basic needs is hard or inconsistent. You may be living paycheck to paycheck, relying on community, or in a time of transition, grief, or recovery. This tier is here for you, with no explanations needed.

Integration sessions are intended solely for educational and supportive purposes. They do not promote, facilitate, or endorse the use, acquisition, sale, or distribution of illegal substances. I do not supply substances or connect individuals with sources for obtaining them. My work is guided by a harm reduction philosophy, with a focus on trauma-informed care and the overall well-being of individuals and communities. The intention is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space that encourages awareness, responsibility, and safety in all aspects of personal exploration.
